A sample is a test piece or end of line that we no longer sell as part of our range.  Seconds are pieces that are imperfect but still completely functional.  There might be a blemish, mark or pin-holes in the glaze. The rim might be a little too 'off-round' for our exacting standards or there might be an extra wobble somewhere. We're not able to photograph every individual imperfection in each piece for the online sale - but you can trust that each piece will be just a little more 'unique' than usual. If you order a set we will carefully try our best to select best match in terms of size.

Pieces, on the Seconds Sale page, are sold as they are, at a reduced price, no exchanges or refunds will be accepted.

This event will be open to EU Deliveries but we will not be able to remove the UK VAT as we do with normal orders, apologies. EU orders might be subjected to Import Duty on delivery.

UK deliveries will cost £5.50 for one mug & £7.00 for 2 or more pieces.

Collection: You can collect Saturday the 14th of June between 1:30pm and 6pm.
